A thorough, on-site assessment of how your venue actually runs. I spend time on the floor, in the kitchen, in the office, and with your team. The output is a written report that separates the quick wins from the longer-term projects, with clear priorities and practical recommendations.

ONGOING ADVISORY & RETAINERS

Most of my clients start with a project — an operations review, a people program, a GEO implementation — and then move to an ongoing retainer. That’s where the real value compounds.

Monthly or weekly support includes regular strategy sessions (online or in-person), cost and performance tracking, marketing and content guidance, problem solving as things come up, and accountability to keep things moving. I deliver tailored workshops and keynote presentations for industry associations, hotel groups, and individual venues. Topics include progressive leadership, workplace culture, innovation and problem solving, and AI in hospitality.

I’ve been presenting on practical AI applications for hospitality since ChatGPT launched — to audiences including the AHA (Vic), RSL Clubs Victoria and Community Clubs Victoria. My focus is on making AI accessible and useful for operators, not on the technology itself.
